Goldfish.ie Telecom – Telephone Number Porting Request Form
1. VERY IMPORTANT: Before you submit this Porting Request, please ensure that the phone number being ported does not also supply your broadband Internet. Otherwise, when you port the number, you will lose your Internet connection. If this is the case, you will need to get your current telecoms provider to transfer your Internet to another number.
2. If your phone line is currently an ISDN line, please ensure that you provide both numbers on the porting form (both numbers will be ported).
3. Please email the form and your phone bill to support@goldfish.ie. If you have any problems scanning or emailing the form, then please call Goldfish.ie on 01 5547888.
4. Please complete the form fully and legibly. Porting requests containing incomplete or invalid information will be rejected.
What happens next?
Having returned this form to Goldfish.ie, we will arrange a time and date with your current provider to port the number(s). We will contact you in advance of this date to advise of the details. Porting of telephone numbers can typically take three working days to complete. However, ISDN lines can take up to two working weeks, so please plan accordingly.
If you have a specific date that you would like the porting of your numbers to take place, then please let us know, and we will try to ensure your request is adhered to. However, we cannot guarantee a date because we rely on your current provider to port the numbers and ensure that your calls are routed correctly.
