In the provided diagram of the interaction flow, the text boxes highlighted in yellow represent the customer’s communications with the Chat Bot. If everything proceeds according to plan, we should obtain the customer’s name, the service they are interested in, their phone number, and their email address.

This information is immediately emailed to you and simultaneously updated in a Google Sheet.
