Yes, remote support is available throughout Ireland where a remote connection is suitable. Hardware faults or connectivity problems may need a different approach; call us to discuss your situation.
How much does support cost?
A one-off remote support session is €80. For repairs, upgrades or on-site work, contact us to discuss the issue and the proposed work. Ongoing device management has separate annual plans.
